Nadezhda Pavlova is a “young” artist in the art world, who is starting her second life as a painter after 40 years spent as a primary school teacher. Today, she devotes herself entirely to her passion for oil painting, working exclusively with a palette knife. A photographer at heart since an early age, Nadezhda creates her canvases with the precision of a photographer – capturing light, contrasts and fleeting moments. Over the past two years, the sea has been her main source of inspiration. Its deep colors, changing light and dancing reflections inspire her to create bright and vibrant landscapes, which she recreates with sensitivity and optimism. Her motto in life is “Believe in yourself and never give up.”
