Conditions for participation in the general exhibition "This is Me" 03.12-22.12.2025

Selection of works for participation is carried out in "electronic form" until 22.11.2025 inclusive. For this purpose, send us high-quality photos by email: mitoart05@gmail.com

Each photo must contain the name of the author, name of the work, technique and size, example: ivan_ivanov_esenna_gora_maslo_56x60.jpeg In the text of the message, describe your paintings: name of the author and the painting, technique, year, size and final price (sale price). The authors will be informed by email by 24.11.2025, which of their works have been approved.

The deadline for sending the paintings to the gallery address is 01.12.2025. The deadline for payment of participation fees is 02.12.2025. The fee is paid only by authors with works approved for the exhibition in the amount of 40 BGN. Transportation costs are at the expense of the author. For each sale, the gallery withholds a commission of 30% of the final price for the client Requirements for the works Maximum canvas size up to 190 cm in height and 90 cm in width Minimum canvas size 20x20 cm There are no restrictions on technique There are no restrictions on the number of works sent by email, but only 2 (two) works will be approved The works must be prepared in a form suitable for exhibition, with hangers installed Priority is given to paintings corresponding to the specified theme
